We went to a nursery that sells native plants on Saturday because Don wanted to check some of them out for our yard. We walked away with some Dwarf Coyote Brush that is being planted on the hill in the front. While we were there I decided to take some close up shots of the flowers there, when I lucked out and found a flowering ground cover that the bees were gathering nectar from.

I really like how this shot turned out! I’ve been practicing with using actions on my photos. On this one I used “Vintage” from Pioneer Woman. What’s really cool about these actions is that she offers them for free! I’ve been using them for a while and really like what they do to my photos. The best part? There is a “Start All Over” action that will return your photo to the original, just in case you don’t like what the action did to the photo. Be sure to check them out here: Pioneer Woman Actions

I’m almost done with a project I’ve been working on for months! I hope to finish it today and share some pictures tomorrow!

Happy Wednesday!
