When we went up to Morro Bay during Thanksgiving weekend, we were lucky enough to be there when the seals are, too. There were seals lounging by the pier during our morning walk to Carousel Taffy (thanks, Denier!). It was really cool to see them up so close! The picture above has got to be my favorite from that group of seals. I caught him in the middle of a bark, which makes him look like he’s smiling for the camera! LOL!!

This one had other plans while the rest were lounging and barking at each other. He decided to relax in the water, can’t say that I blame him. He does make it look enticing!
