getting colder!

Gettin’ colder around these parts! Which really isn’t cold compared to the rest of the US. LOL!! But we’re going to be having some rain and it looks like we’ll be in the mid 60s to mid 70s for a while. I’m hoping for no more 80s! Seriously, I like the colder weather. Wearing shorts in November is silly!

In anticipation of this week, I made the boys hats and scarves! They are excited about the pocket on the scarf. They both scurry about for something to bring with them just about every time we leave the house, so I knew they’d love having a pocket to keep a buddy in. These hats were actually really easy to put together and went very quickly. I thin it took longer to cut out the patterns than it did to sew them.

I do have to look for more hat patterns, though. Perrin is wearing the largest hat pattern from the set and it’s a little snug, but it will at least last him for these next few months!

I am sharing with Linda Le! She had some fleece fabric left when making her blankets.
How much material is needed for the hat?
