Because I’m slightly more evil than Evil Stephen:
Made these today for fun. I made the Lemon Citrus Cupcakes from The Artful Cupcake book. I love so many recipes in this book, it is certainly worth adding to your baking library!
To garnish the cupcakes I added raspberries and mint leaves to the tops, along with some edible glitter from Wilton. It adds a pretty sparkle to your white buttercream frostings.
We ended up taking some over to a couple of our WoW friends to enjoy. You need a sugar rush sometimes. 😉
