strawberry fun
Don decided that he wanted to drop by and visit a family from church today, so he asked me to make some cupcakes for him to take over. Lucky for him I still have a couple box mixes ready for his spur of the moment cupcake requests. *wink* I had a little fun with the decorating, but didn’t do anything time consuming since I had to get them done right away. These are strawberry cupcakes with buttercream frosting. I went with pink and green to stay with the strawberry theme.
Mmmmmmm! Can’t wait to have one later tonight!

I just love what you do with your frosting, they look just like cupcakes should! Do you make the frosting from a mix or is it from scratch cos I’d love the recipe. My daughter is doing a baby shower for a friend and the hteme is cupcakes. We can’t get light fluffy frosting like this in England.
