it seemed like a good idea

at the time! BWAHAHAHA!

I was making some of these fun clippies to go with the teacher gifts I’m putting together. So I thought I might as well make some extras while I’ve got that stinky glue out! Well, 43 clippies later and I think I made enough!

I got the light-weight coasters from eclectic Paperie! You can find them in the Alter This! section. They go thru your Cuttlebug like a dream! Not too heavy at all, just right!

I used various designer papers and accented most with buttons or brads. The red ones were accented with big rhinestones from Michaels.

If you haven’t tried these yet, here’s a link to the tutorial over at Splitcoast: Paperclip Bookmarks

  1. Holy CATS! That’s a lot of clippies. They look so great though. I bought the paper clips for these months ago, and so far all I’ve done with them is use them to hold my potato chip bags closed. HA!

  2. THUD….that’s a TON of clips! You should have enough to supply NEXT year’s teachers with gifts!
