Here is another ATC I did for the swap I participated in. I had the idea for this one from the beginning. Since I love to make transparency overlay cards, why not make a mini one?

The ATC base is Cool Caribbean. On Shimmery White I stamped this darling penguin, from the TAC set Little Penguins, with Palette Noir Black. His hat was colored using my Aquapainter and Cool Caribbean ink. I then used my Pumpkin Pie marker for his beak and feet, and added sparkle to his hat fluff using a Sakura Stardust Pen. I then used my Aquapainter to brush some color to the bottom for the ice using Cool Caribbean. I then used my black marker to define the ice and doodle a border around the sides and top only. I then stamped snowflake trio from justjohanna in Cool Caribbean. The focal image was then adhered to the ATC base.

Next I cut a piece of transparency for the overlay. When I cut for overlays, I make sure the piece is big enough to cover the front and the back. I stamped the snowflake image from justjohanna with StazOn White then attached it with a strip of O’So Stick Tape to the back. Normally I just use ribbon to hold the transparency overlay on the car, but since this was for an ATC and they are so small, I secured it with some tape on the back.

I then used my Cuttlebug to cut a tag from the Tiny Tags die. I love that I can use these dies on transparencies! I then stamped the word “joy” with my Snap Stamps using StazOn black. I finished the ATC by adding some ribbon that I got from Fabric Barn, it matches Cool Caribbean PERFECTLY!! The tag is then attached with silver cording.

Yesterday I had the extreme fortune to attend one day of CHA here in Anaheim! OH MY! What a time I had! I barely saw anything, but I feel like I saw everything! I’ll be sharing some info and photos later, plus providing links to other places with great CHA pictures to share!
