TRIVIA QUESTION: So, just how did Buddy the Elf get to New York City?
***ETA: Good Morning! At least on my coast. hehehe. Christa was the first one to post the right answer! Email me your address so I can get these goodies out to you!
ANSWER: He passed through the seven levels of the Candy Cane forest, through the sea of swirly twirly gum drops, and then walked through the Lincoln Tunnel.
For the Day Eight winner, you need to scroll down past the cake Q&A.
And if you haven’t seen Elf, you gotta rent it this Holiday Season! This movie makes me laugh and makes me happy! I watch it year round and could have done the whole 12 Days of Christmas on just that show. How scary is that!??

Buddy took an ice block and walked.
Through the Candy Cane Forest and the Sea of Swirly Twirly Gumdrops.
It was a magical time warp that allowed his travels to happen!! 🙂 Happy Holidays!!
Buddy floated to New York on an iceberg.
Buddy sails off on an iceberg from the North Pole bound for NYC.
First, I went through the seven levels of the Candy Cane Forest. Then, I went past the twirly, swirly gumdrops. And after that: I went through the Lincoln Tunnel
i believe he walked to the edge of a glacier, stepped onto a small floe, and floated off to NY
He steped on a floating piece of ice and traveled through the seven layers of the candy cane forest, passed the sea of twirly swirly gumdrops, and then walked through the Lincoln tunnel.
Floated on some ice and then walked into New York.
Thanks!
Tami

Who was the winner on day 8? I must have missed it. I’ve seen that movie but I don’t remember how Buddy got to NYC.
Jen, my thoughts exactly, never heard of that movie 😆 (than again I never watch tv and even more rare is to watch a movie… I’d rather be stamping)
Maybe he took transit. Have a great day everyone, TFS for sharing all this fun, it is interesting to see all the anwsers!!

I’m a cottonheaded ninny muggins for not visiting your blog more often! The kids have been watching ELF over and over today at my office. We’re on the third run. . . but hey, it keeps ’em happy! Hugs!
